Your group can make a difference this holiday season!

The holidays are coming!!! I love this time of the year! Making cookies with my kids, decorating the house, the tree, the porch (basically everything) and spending time with family. More than ever this year we are all looking for a little comfort and joy. For Casey Cares’ families, this time of year is filled with hundreds of moments that become precious lasting memories.

You know how important these moments are because you have been a proud supporter of Casey Cares throughout the years.  I hope you will consider joining our Holiday Giving Program, you will experience a truly special feeling. Click here for details.

While we know Covid-19 has turned our worlds upside down, it is this time of the year that we remember those who need a little more support. Whether you send a corporate donation or rally your staff (elves) to help raise money through our Clear Our Tree Program, your donation will have a great impact on the lives of critically ill children and their families this holiday season and over the course of the new year.

Our Clear Our Tree Program allows your employees to create fundraising pages and as a group work to achieve a set goal of $2,500 that will clear one of our holidays trees of more than 100 gift cards from restaurants, movies, retailers such as Target, Walmart and Amazon. These gift cards send a smile through the mail and help meet basic-needs requests from our families. Learn more about our Holiday Giving Program here.

For families like the Joneses and their son, Foster, the activities and support Casey Cares provides year-round are special gifts they will receive this holiday season. “Foster has been fighting so hard the last year, and sometimes it’s difficult to stop and take a breath as a family,” says Foster’s mother, Jean. “We were able to share an experience as a family and not think about cancer at all. We could just be a family, have fun, and create lasting memories. Thank you for giving us such a fun experience. We will never forget it.”

When Casey Cares was founded 20 years ago, we initially helped five local families. Today we serve 1,500 critically ill children and their families.

Involvement from companies, groups and families allow Casey Cares families to shine and sparkle during the holiday season. Your commitment to Casey Cares and critically ill children is sure to land you on Santa’s Good List! Email Jennifer McCorvey at Jennifer@CaseyCaresFoundation.org to sign your group up today!
